Free, confidential services for survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault in southwest Wisconsin.

Passages is a grassroots, private, non-profit organization operated by a local, volunteer Board of Directors.

Funded by the Wisconsin Department of Health and Social Services, Department of Justice, area counties, and contributions from churches, corporations, and individuals dedicated to providing safety, protection and support to those caught in the vicious cycles of domestic abuse and sexual assault.
