Marsy's Law: Changes for Crime Victims

Marsy’s Law for All seeks to amend state constitutions that don’t offer protections to crime victims and, eventually, the U.S. Constitution to give victims of crime rights equal to those already afforded to the accused and convicted. This article explains the history of Marsy's Law as well as the amendment and its impact on victims.

Annual Wisconsin Domestic Violence Homicide Report

2019 domestic violence related homicides report for Wisconsin including a review of 20 years of data. The intention of this report each year is twofold: to honor the lives of victims of domestic violence homicide in Wisconsin, and to catalyze improvements in systemic and community responses to domestic violence.
